Words on Demand (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a daily word puzzle for televisions and streaming devices, published by badgames4eva. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with information. It is deliberately short, because the app collects very little.
Questions: badgameseva@gmail.com
The app saves your game state locally on your device (in browser
localStorage, under the key wordsondemand.v1) so you can
leave a puzzle and come back to it. This includes:
This information never leaves your device. We cannot see it. It is not transmitted to us or to anyone else. Clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app deletes it permanently. There is no backup and no way for us to restore it.
The app is free and supported by video advertisements shown between rounds, and by an optional “watch an ad to reveal a letter” hint that you choose to start. Advertisements are delivered using Google Ad Manager and the Google Interactive Media Ads (IMA) SDK.
To deliver and measure an ad, and to prevent ad fraud, Google may receive:
We serve non-personalized ads. Ads are selected based on general context rather than an interest profile built from your behavior. We do not use your advertising identifier to track you across apps or websites, and we do not sell or share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Google’s handling of this information is governed by its own policies:
You can limit ad tracking at the device level. On Fire TV: Settings → Preferences → Advertising ID. On Android TV / Google TV: Settings → Privacy → Ads. These controls are provided by your device, not by us, and using them does not stop ads from appearing — it limits how your advertising identifier may be used.
The app is a general-audience word game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us at badgameseva@gmail.com and we will address it — though note that because the app has no server and no accounts, we hold no such information to begin with.
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing.
Because the app has no accounts and no backend, we hold no personal information about you to access, correct, or delete. The game data described above is on your device and fully under your control — clear the app’s data to erase it. For information held by Google as our advertising provider, see the Google links above; Google provides its own controls and request mechanisms.
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” action for us to offer.

Because game data never leaves your device, its security depends on your device’s own protections. We retain no user data on any server, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Ad-related information is retained by Google under Google’s own retention policies.
The app has no server, so we do not transfer your information internationally. Google, as our advertising provider, may process ad-request information in countries other than your own under its own policies and safeguards.
If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date above and post the revised version at this URL. Material changes — for example, if we ever add analytics or enable personalized advertising — will be reflected here before those changes take effect.
