WORDS ON DEMAND

Words on Demand is a daily word puzzle for televisions and streaming devices, published by badgames4eva. This policy is deliberately short, because the app collects very little.

The short version

• We do not ask for or store your name, email, phone number, or any account information. There are no accounts and no login.
• We run no server that receives your data. Your game progress stays on your device.
• We show ads, and our ad provider (Google) receives limited technical information to deliver them. That is the only way information leaves your device.
• Ads are non-personalized only. We build no advertising profile about you and don't use your advertising ID for interest targeting.
• The app is for a general audience. It is not directed to children under 13.

Stored on your device

Your stats and daily streak, the puzzle you're working on and your guesses, whether you used a hint, and time spent — saved locally so you can leave a puzzle and come back. This never leaves your device. We cannot see it. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling deletes it permanently; there is no backup and no way for us to restore it.

Advertising

The app is free, supported by video ads between rounds and by the optional "watch an ad to reveal a letter" hint you choose to start. Ads are delivered with Google Ad Manager and the Google IMA SDK.

To deliver and measure an ad, and to prevent fraud, Google may receive your IP address (from which an approximate, city-or-region-level location can be inferred — never precise GPS; the app has no location permission), device and technical details such as device type, OS, screen size and language, your device's advertising identifier, and ad events (requested, shown, completed).

We do not use your advertising identifier to track you across apps or sites, and we do not sell or share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Google's own handling is covered by the Google Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

You can limit ad tracking on the device itself. Fire TV: Settings → Preferences → Advertising ID. Android TV / Google TV: Settings → Privacy → Ads. These are your device's controls, not ours; they limit how your advertising ID may be used rather than stopping ads.

What we do not do

• No personal or contact information collected.
• No analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
• No tracking cookies.
• No access to your microphone, camera, contacts, photos, files, or precise location — the app requests no such permissions.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Children's privacy

This is a general-audience word game, not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information through the app, email us — though with no server and no accounts, we hold no such information to begin with.

Your rights

Under laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) or CCPA/CPRA (California) you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Because the app has no accounts and no backend, we hold no personal information about you to access, correct, or delete. The game data above is on your device and fully under your control — clear the app's data to erase it. For information held by Google as our ad provider, see Google's own controls.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no "Do Not Sell or Share" action for us to offer.

Security, retention, international

Because game data never leaves your device, its security depends on your device's own protections. We retain no user data on any server. Ad-related information is retained by Google under Google's policies, and Google may process ad requests in countries other than your own under its own safeguards.

Changes

If this policy changes we update the "Last updated" date above and post the revised version at the URL below. Material changes — for example adding analytics or enabling personalized ads — appear here before taking effect.
